About The Class
This one hour class will focus on circuit training, which is a more functional and time efficient way to train your entire body. Mixing cardio and strength training will help you to develop lean tissue and cut the fat faster. You will be less likely to plateau because the program will progress as you become stringer and healthier. With many classes to choose from , making time for a healthy lifestyle is easy.
This class will be lead by a certified strength and conditioning specialist. The instructor is also CPR and First Aid trained and certified.
Description Of The Class
This
hour long class will be divided into sections. Each week will be
different according to the goals of the class. We will start with a 15
minute warm-up and stretch, consisting of controlled stretching and
light aerobic activities. Following the pre-stretch, we will move into
a moderate-high intensity workout. We will mix high intensity cardio
with body weight strength building exercise to maximize the next half
hour. Each class will be structured specifically to one area of the
body– your core, upper body, or lower body.
Also each week the intensity of the class will increased based on the progress of the group. The last 15 minutes will be a cool down. During this time we will end with some yoga/Pilates movements, and static strength exercises in order to lower your heart rate. The class will be designed specifically for the group, based on your workout/health history.

Prior to training, the release form and medical questionaire must be signed, and all fees must be paid. Fess are non-refundable.
